How to Initiate a Return
Eligibility:

  • Snapbacks must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Process:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service at returns@brocap.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and a return authorization number.

Refund Process
Return Shipping: Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.

Return Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the return.

Coverage Scenarios

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping charge.
  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective snapback, please email us photos of the defect at support@brocap.store. We will provide a return label, inspect the item, and issue a full refund upon verification.
  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at support@brocap.store with details of the issue. We will provide a return label, and upon receiving the incorrect item, we will either send the correct product or issue a refund.
  • Non Arrival of Product: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order after confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@brocap.store. Cancellations made before shipment will incur no charges.

Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund should appear in your account within 7 business days after processing.
